Acceptance and buyer eligibility
By using this website or submitting an order, the buyer agrees to these terms, confirms that the information supplied is accurate, is at least 21 years old and is a company, laboratory, institution or qualified individual researcher acquiring materials solely for lawful laboratory or scientific research.
Research Use Only
Products are not intended for personal, human, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic or clinical use. MEKK does not provide dosing, administration, injection, reconstitution or medical guidance. Misrepresentation, unlawful resale, attempts to bypass compliance controls or discussion of prohibited use may result in cancellation or account restriction.
Product information and documents
The buyer must verify the selected product, specification, supplier reference, kit quantity and price before checkout. Catalogue images are illustrative records. A COA is relevant only when verified against the applicable product, specification and lot; it does not establish safety, efficacy or regulatory approval for human or veterinary use.
Orders and acceptance
Submission of an order is an offer to purchase and does not guarantee fulfilment. Acceptance occurs only after confirmed payment, stock allocation and compliance review. MEKK may request reasonable verification, limit quantities or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled lawfully, securely or operationally. If MEKK cancels an already paid order before dispatch, the paid amount will be returned through the applicable payment process.
Prices and payment
Product prices are displayed in BRL per complete kit. Shipping and any other amount charged by MEKK are shown before final order submission. Payment is processed by the enabled hosted provider, subject to its security and verification rules. MEKK does not intentionally receive or retain raw card credentials.
Delivery and import costs
Delivery is limited to Brazil and products are dispatched from China. Approved orders are normally dispatched within two days after confirmed payment and compliance approval, with delivery estimated at approximately 25 calendar days after dispatch. The customer is not charged import duties or import taxes in addition to the amounts shown at checkout. If a customs authority, carrier or intermediary unexpectedly requests payment, the customer must contact MEKK before paying or ignoring the request so it can be reviewed and handled lawfully.
Cancellation, withdrawal and returns
Contact MEKK promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. Mandatory Brazilian consumer rights are preserved, including the applicable right to withdraw from an online purchase within seven days counted from receipt. Procedures are described in the Refund and Return Policy.
Accounts and security
The account holder is responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity performed through the account. Notify MEKK promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Do not transmit passwords, API keys or complete payment credentials through support email.

Website content is general catalogue information and is not medical, diagnostic, therapeutic or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEKK is not responsible for prohibited use, unlawful handling or research outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are interpreted subject to applicable Brazilian consumer, ecommerce and data-protection rules and any other mandatory law. Material revisions will be published with a new effective date and do not reduce rights already attached to an accepted order.
