Scope and data controller
MEKK determines how personal data submitted through mekkpeptide.com is used to operate the storefront. This policy applies to visitors, account holders, buyers and people who contact support.
Data collected
MEKK may process name, age or eligibility confirmation, email, telephone number when supplied, billing and Brazilian delivery addresses, account details, selected products, orders, payments, shipping and customs records, support communications, fraud-prevention signals, consent choices, IP address, device and security logs. Do not provide data that is not requested.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to create and secure accounts, review research eligibility, process orders and payments, arrange delivery and customs handling, provide support, prevent fraud, keep accounting and compliance records, exercise or defend legal rights and meet applicable obligations. Consent is used when required, including for optional marketing. Legitimate interests are relied on only after considering necessity, proportionality and the rights of the data subject.
Providers and international transfers
Hosting, ecommerce, authenticated email, payment, security, logistics, customs and professional-service providers receive only the data needed for their function. Because the store is hosted outside Brazil and products are dispatched from China, data may be processed in Brazil, the United States, China or other locations used by contracted providers. MEKK applies contractual, access-control and security measures appropriate to the transfer. Hosted payment interfaces are used; MEKK does not intentionally store raw card credentials.
Cookies
Essential cookies support language, cart, checkout, account, security and research-use acknowledgement. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, clear information and appropriate choices must be provided before they are used where consent is required.
Retention and security
Data is retained only for the period needed for the stated purpose and applicable legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, customs and dispute obligations, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to the LGPD and other applicable law, a data subject may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, portability where applicable, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, withdrawal of consent and review of relevant automated decisions. A request may require proportionate identity verification.
