What are MEKK products intended for?
Catalogue materials are supplied exclusively for lawful laboratory and scientific research. They are not intended for personal, human, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical use. MEKK does not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution or medical guidance.
Who may order?
Companies, laboratories, institutions and qualified individual researchers may request an order. Every order is subject to age, research-intent, payment, address and compliance review. MEKK may request reasonable verification or decline an order that cannot be fulfilled lawfully.
How are prices shown?
Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) per complete kit. A kit price is not divided into a per-vial price.
Where are products manufactured and delivered?
Products are manufactured in China. This store accepts delivery addresses in Brazil only.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is R$472 for each started group of 10 kits: 1–10 kits R$472, 11–20 kits R$944, 21–30 kits R$1,416, and so on.
When will an order arrive?
Approved orders are normally dispatched within two days after confirmed payment and compliance approval. Delivery is estimated at approximately 25 calendar days after dispatch. Tracking, customs review, carrier events and force majeure may affect the estimate.
Will the customer pay import taxes separately?
No. The customer is not charged import duties or import taxes in addition to the amounts shown at checkout. If a customs authority, carrier or intermediary unexpectedly requests such a payment, contact MEKK before paying or ignoring the request so it can be reviewed and handled lawfully.
Are COAs available?
A certificate is provided only when it has been verified against the applicable product, specification and lot. A catalogue image or product name is not a certificate and does not establish suitability for human or veterinary use.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Contact MEKK before dispatch to request cancellation.
How do I request support?
