Origin and destination
Orders are dispatched from China and the store accepts delivery addresses in Brazil only. The buyer must provide a complete, accurate and deliverable Brazilian address and any information lawfully required for transport or customs review.
Dispatch and delivery estimate
After payment is confirmed and the order passes compliance review, dispatch normally occurs within two days. Delivery is estimated at approximately 25 calendar days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date; customs review, carrier events, public holidays, address correction and force majeure may affect transit. Mandatory remedies for an unfulfilled or materially delayed order are not excluded.
Shipping charge
Shipping is R$472 for each started group of 10 shippable kits: 1–10 kits R$472, 11–20 kits R$944, 21–30 kits R$1,416, and so on. The applicable amount is shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
Import duties and taxes
The customer is not charged import duties, import taxes, clearance charges or carrier disbursement fees in addition to the amounts shown at checkout. MEKK arranges and handles the applicable import-charge process for the order. If a customs authority, carrier or intermediary unexpectedly requests payment from the customer, contact support@mekkpeptide.com before paying or ignoring the request so MEKK can verify it and provide lawful instructions.
Tracking and customs
Tracking is provided after dispatch when available. The buyer is responsible for monitoring notifications and responding to lawful carrier or customs information requests within the stated period. MEKK may request only the minimum information required for delivery and compliance.
Address changes and failed delivery
Contact support@mekkpeptide.com immediately if an address correction is needed. An address cannot be guaranteed to change after dispatch. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refusal to provide lawfully required information or failure to collect the shipment, additional transport or return costs may apply to the extent permitted by law.
Loss, damage or wrong item
For a missing, damaged or incorrect shipment, contact zhouyou8045@gmail.com promptly with the order number and available packaging, label and tracking evidence. Do not discard the package or return material until written instructions are provided.
