Cancellation before dispatch
Contact support@mekkpeptide.com promptly to request cancellation. If the order has not been dispatched and cancellation is operationally possible, MEKK will cancel it and initiate the applicable refund. A dispatch already handed to the carrier cannot be recalled on demand.
Seven-day withdrawal for online purchases
Where Brazilian consumer law applies, the buyer may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within seven calendar days counted from receipt of the product. To exercise this right, email zhouyou8045@gmail.com or use the website contact channel within that period, identifying the order and the items. MEKK will confirm receipt of the request and provide return instructions. The amounts paid for the withdrawn purchase will be refunded as required by applicable law.
Before returning material
Do not send a package to an email address and do not return material without written routing instructions. Keep the product, labels, seals, lot information and packaging in the condition received where reasonably possible. These requests help preserve chain-of-custody and do not remove a mandatory statutory right.
Damaged, missing, incorrect or non-conforming order
Report the issue promptly to zhouyou8045@gmail.com with the order number and a clear description. MEKK may request proportionate photographs of the external package, shipping label, product label, lot and visible condition. Available remedies may include completion of delivery, replacement, price adjustment or refund according to the facts and mandatory law.
Product or analytical claims
A claim concerning identity, composition, fill weight or a COA must identify the product, specification and lot. MEKK may request traceable documentation or independent laboratory evidence proportionate to the claim. This assessment does not limit mandatory consumer remedies.
Refund method and timing
An approved refund is initiated through the original payment method or another lawful agreed method. Provider and banking processing times may apply after MEKK submits the refund. MEKK will provide confirmation of the initiated refund and will not charge a cancellation penalty where the statutory withdrawal right applies.
Payment disputes
Contact MEKK first when practical so the order and payment records can be investigated promptly. This request does not restrict the buyer’s right to contact the payment provider or a competent consumer authority.
